  2.参赛球队：本届扩展到20支球队，加入中甲4强，故更名为“足协冠军联赛”
  北京国安，长春亚泰，成都谢菲联，大连实德，
  广州恒大，杭州绿城，河南建业，江苏舜天，
  辽宁宏运，南昌衡源，青岛中能，陕西人和，
  山东鲁能，上海申花，深圳红钻，天津泰达，
  武汉中博，湖南湘涛， 重庆力帆，上海东亚。
  
  3.赛制：
  采用分组联赛赛制，分为小组赛阶段和淘汰赛阶段。
  比赛设置：10分钟，场地/天气/受伤等:随机，无加时/无点球。
  
  小组赛阶段：20支球队抽签后进入A、B、C、D四个小组，每组5支球队。
            小组赛实行单循环比赛，无加时无点球，每场比赛获胜得3分，平得1分，负得0分。
            小组赛结束后依次比较积分、总净胜球、总进球数，决定小组排名。前两名晋级淘汰赛阶段。
  淘汰赛阶段：淘汰赛实行主客场双回合比赛，无加时无点球，总比分胜者进军下一轮。
              若总比分打平，加赛一场（五分钟、无加时、有点球）作为加时赛决定胜负胜者。
  决赛与季军争夺战：一场定胜负，开加时开点球。
